AI Governance
AI governance is the set of internal rules, approvals, records and responsibilities a company puts in place to decide how AI is built, deployed and monitored.
Why It Matters
Boards are being asked who authorised a model, on what data, with what testing and who is accountable for its output. Governance is the answer to that question, and increasingly a regulatory requirement.
